Sometimes in life we have trouble finding the clarity and support we need to move forward. We may be feeling overwhelmed due to increased or underlying internal and external stress. It can be difficult to see the answers on our own or recognize the direction we should take. Therefore, therapy can be a useful means for gaining the tools necessary to navigate these life transitions, reconcile past conflicts, and gain resiliency for the future.
